Plenty of fun stuff is in store tomorrow, Tuesday, May 3, at Farmington Historic Plantation, 3033 Bardstown Rd., at the Derby Social sponsored by Copper & Kings Brandy Distillery. Music will be provided by the Juggernaut Jug Band, there will be a chef’s competition to create the best Kentucky Derby dish, and C&K will offer their Ride the Mule cocktail.

The event will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Royals Hot Chicken, Chef Maria’s Greek Deli, Fontleroy’s, Kingsley’s and Burning Bush Grille will compete for the best Kentucky Derby dish to be determined by popular vote of the guests. The Derby Social will take place outside, rain or shine, in Farmington’s gardens.

The cost is $50. All proceeds benefit Farmington Historic Plantation. Tickets are available online here.
