Jeptha Creed, 500 Gordan Lane in Shelbyville, will host a farm to table dinner featuring a four course small plate meal from Chef Josh Moore of Volare Ristorante on November 13th at 6:30 p.m. Each course will be paired with a cocktail featuring spirits from Jeptha Creed Distillery. Tickets are $65 per person.

Insalata

Moore Farm kale, Kenny’s Asiago cheese, Jeptha Creed honey flavored vodka glazed hazelnuts, warm bacon and cranberry vinaigrette.

Pasta

House made black truffle taglioline pasta, roasted garlic, Jeptha Creed apple flavored vodka and toasted chestnut cream, Stonecross Farm pork belly, fresh sage, and egg yolk.

Primo

Stonecross Farms beef braciole – slow roasted flank steak roulade with garlic, herbs, and bellemoral cheese. Finished in a Jeptha Creed hot pepper flavored vodka tomato sauce. Served with Moore Farm vegetables.

Dolce

Pumpkin butterscotch mousse layered with gingerbread and topped with Jeptha Creed cinnamon flavored moonshine whipped cream.
