The Jeffersonville link of a chain called Sam’s Southern Eatery is open at 1718 E. 10th Street (812-913-0026).

After the concept debuted in Shreveport, Louisiana in 2008, Sam’s Southern Eatery began franchising in 2020 and currently has fifty-one locations in nine Southern states.
