Chestnut St., is offering Easter brunch on Sunday, April 1 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Menu highlights from executive chef Casper Van Drongelen include stuffed French toast with bourbon bananas Foster; crab cake Benedict with poached eggs and tomato hollandaise; steak and eggs with potatoes; and cinnamon roll bread pudding for dessert. Diners can also indulge in a full bloody mary bar equipped with all the classic toppings. Pork shoulder ranchero with quesadilla, salsa roja, black beans, fried eggs, Cotija cheese and avocado

Chicken Lyonnaise with frisée, poached egg, confit chicken and green bean

Steak and eggs – grilled ribeye with fried eggs and potatoes

Country ham and grits – Weisenberger grits with redeye gravy, Benton’s ham and cheese curds
