When Chef Ellen Gill McCarty (formerly of Science Hill Inn) was diagnosed with cancer, late Chef Dean Corbett was one of her biggest supporters and fundraisers. It’s only appropriate that her 2nd Annual Science Hill Inn Sunday buffet is hosted at one of his Equus Restaurant at 122 Sears Ave (which was sold to Jared Matthews last year). Chef McCarty now owns and manages her own catering company, “Gill on the Go,”  and will present a Southern flair buffet this Sunday, January 28, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 502.897.9721
