Cold Smoke Bagels introduces itself (web site):

Created by chef & owner Sasha Chack in 2019, Cold Smoke is a tribute to the beloved bagel shops and bar mitzvah brunches of his youth with a celebration of the flavors of Eastern European Jewish cuisine filtered through the kiddush clubs and casual noshing of a young & irreverent Jewish New York City food scene. Overloaded lox & bagel sandwiches to fluffy egg & cheese on challah to NYC style cold appetizing essentials; sour pickles, cream cheese schmears, marinated herrings and salads.

Earlier in June, Cold Smoke (Fb) posted a “moving” announcement.

The text:

Cold Smoke is moving later this Summer to Mashup, a brand new food hall with event spaces and co-working offices in Nulu.

We’ve loved being at Logan Street Market for 6 years and we want to thank them for creating the perfect venue for us to bring our NYC style Lox&Bagel concept to life.

Now we’re stoked to expand and bring our bagel culture to this new dynamic culinary and community hub. We’re still in The Market and stay posted for moving updates. We hope to see all our LOX LOVERS there!

There’s more about the move at the Courier Journal.
