The past weekend has seen another closure in the Louisville food community. The final Mellow Mushroom, 3922 Shelbyville Rd, closed its doors Sunday, as reported by Insider Louisville. The online news outlet cited the Lexington based owner, saying it was too difficult for him to manage the Louisville restaurant while nationally launching the Lexington chain The Painted Taco.
