Award-winning hospitality management and development company First Hospitality Group, announced today they are adding 8UP to their portfolio of restaurants and hotels. The eighth floor dining and cocktail hotspot joins the company that operates 45 properties in ten states and has been named Forbes #1 Midsize Travel Employer two years running.

The dining menus will also receive attention, improving their classic dishes plus adding new dishes such as the Foie Gras Mousse with pickled cranberry, “everything lavash”, and salted cashew and Scallops with leek, charred fennel, pickled apples, and marcona almonds join the menu as well as returning favorites like the Dry Rub Chicken Wings, designated by the Food Network as one of America’s best. The revitalized menu complements the innovative cocktail list and curated selection of nearly 100 bourbons, ryes, and other whiskies.

First Hospitality Group operates both 8UP and the hotel it sits atop, the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown. Breakfast is served 6 – 10 a.m. Monday through Friday and 7 – 11 a.m. Saturday and Sunday with dinner being served Sunday through Thursday 5 – 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 5 – 11 p.m. The rooftop lounge is open 4 p.m. – 12 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 4 p.m. – 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
