Wednesday, Nov. 11, at 6 p.,. Edward Lee, owner and chef of 610 Magnolia, 610 W. Magnolia Ave., will teach a class in Korean barbecue, the food of his childhood growing up in Brooklyn.

Among the dishes Chef Lee will instruct in preparing will be beef kalbi, pork BBQ ribs and chicken wings Korean style. Students will also sample condiments by Chung Jung One Korean sauce company that makes some of the fermented products that are the backbone of Korean cuisine.  Included in the dinner will be a gift bag of Chung Jung One products for students to take home.

The demonstration class will be held in the Wine Studio across the street from the restaurant. Students will eat a family-style dinner of the dishes demonstrated. The evening will cost $85. Call   (502) 636-0783.
