🇹🇭 UPDATE FROM BUDS / KHAO BOYS AT TRELLIS
✌️ 𝑲𝒉𝒂𝒐 𝑩𝒐𝒚𝒔 𝒊𝒔 𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 ‘𝒆𝒎 𝒖𝒑, 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒏𝒐𝒘.
Hey Louisville – we’re closing the Buds truck and Khao Boys at Trellis effective immediately.
Buds started as a playground for testing new ideas outside the MeeshMeesh kitchen and Khao Boys was our first idea to test. Then the James Beard finalist nomination hit, and everything changed. With MeeshMeesh booked solid and the summer patio season in full swing, we’re feeling the pressure to keep up with demand and continue exceeding expectations that got us a nomination.
We were so happy to see you all show up and ask for more Khao Boys! And this isn’t necessarily goodbye forever. The mission with the Buds truck was to test potential concepts that may some day become a brick and mortar. We might’ve found one in Khao Boys, but right now, we need to focus on MeeshMeesh’s sprint into summer and prepare for the James Beard Awards in June.
