Noah’s Kitchen (9850 Von Allmen Ct.; East End) projects a June 18 opening. Currently there is more information about the eatery’s mission than its menu.

A chef-driven café and pizzeria specializing in elevated breakfast dishes and artisan pizzas served morning through evening. Founded by Adam Ursprung, every dollar of profit is funneled into Noah’s Movement—his faith-driven initiative to combat human trafficking, support foster-care and adoption services, and aid recovery from alcoholism—turning each meal into an act of “servin’ up love” for those in need.

From the Noah’s Kitchen web site:

Owner, Adam Ursprung, will “make a lot of money and give it all away” in the mission of making known the Kingdom of God, and serving up love to serve those in need, with a primary focus on the fight against human trafficking.

And, this Friday there is a pre-opening event; there is more information about this at the web site.
