Nichelle Thurston, lovingly known as The Seafood Lady, has been on an upward trajectory since she cooked a seafood feast for her family in 2015. What began as cooking for others in her home led to a restaurant at 107 W. Oak St and has since expanded to another location in South Louisville. The new location opened yesterday at 3201 Fern Valley Rd, Ste 113, and is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
