Thursday, Nov. 26,  Proof on Main’s Executive chef Mike Wajda’s will add to his regular menu a selection of traditional Thanksgiving dinner dishes, including a Heritage Turkey Plate with roasted turkey breast and smoked leg, country sweet potato mash, sage stuffing, port cranberries and maple ginger Brussel’s sprouts. Dinner that day will be served from 2 to 8 p.m.

Proof is at 702 W. Main St. For dinner reservations, call (502) 217-6360.

At 8UP, above the Hilton Garden Inn at Fourth and Chestnut streets,  Chef Jacob Coronado’s Thanksgiving dinner additions to the regular menu will feature a Turkey Plate, with roasted turkey, ginger cranberry sauce, haricot verts, crispy golden shallots, creamy potatoes, herb stuffing, and black truffle gravy and a  Ham Plate, with bourbon baked country ham, cranberry profiteroles, red-eye gravy, and whipped yams.

Chef Bailey Atkinson will add pumpkin-spiced churros and Mexican hot chocolate to the dessert choices.
