The Highlands spot at 1220 Bardstown Rd. that serves up cereal and frozen treats is closing October 29, just a couple months after opening. The business known as The Cereal Box closed its 612 Baxter Avenue location a year ago after just a few months in business before it opened this new location in August when founder Eric Richardson found business partner, Jonathan Stottman. The closing was announced yesterday on Facebook with a lengthy and heartfelt post signed by Johnathan and Jessica Stottman. You can read the post below.
