Chef Edward Lee is a Top Chef Alumni, having competed on the 9th season in 2012. When Top Chef came to film in Kentucky, Chef Edward Lee was brought in as a guest judge for episode 10 “Hoop Dreams,” which airs tomorrow (Thursday, February 7). The Chef is hosting a viewing party at his restaurant and bar, Whiskey Dry on Fourth St Live!, at 7:30 p.m.

The party will feature $1 wings, $2 whiskey shots and what they have called “a secret bar menu.”

I interviewed Chef Lee recently for an article in the upcoming Spring 2019 print issue of F&D and he said everyone in Kentucky should be watching Top Chef this season since it’s in our home state – but he couldn’t go into details about the episode until after it airs.
