Wild Eggs, the perennially popular local breakfast and lunch chain has expanded again, adding a new outlet in Jeffersonville, at 1450 Veterans Parkway in the Jeffersonville Town Center.
Wild Eggs has been a Louisville-area staple since the opening of the first store in 2007 in Dupont Circle. Now there are 8 locations in Louisville, around central Kentucky and even in Colorado.
Jeffersonville location will be look similar to other Wild Eggs outlets, will seat about 130 and have a dining patio.
More franchise locations are contemplated for the future, including several in Nashville, the first of which opened earlier this year. Other sites have not yet been chosen.
