A popular Kentucky-based Mexican restaurant chain is opening its fifth location in the Highlands. Las Margaritas Mexican Cuisine is moving into the former Señora Arepa and El Taco Luchador storefront at 938 Baxter Ave. Rene Cortez, Las Margaritas owner, announced the new location in a Facebook post on June 20.
According to its page at Facebook, Las Margaritas — a Kentucky-based regional chain — specializes in cuisine from Veracruz.
