It’s a fine morning for some “expansive” Born2Bagel gossip. This post appeared at Facebook three weeks ago.
The text reads:
For the last year, Born2Bagel has been serving up delicious bagels and schmears, along with breakfast and lunch sandwiches made with love. Our journey began with a passion for authentic NY Style bagels and now, we’re a local Louisville favorite! Look out we’re opening a second location Coming soon to Prospect, KY.
The flagship Born2Bagel is located at 231 Blankenbaker Parkway in Middletown. A wee bit of detective work indicates the prospective address in Prospect is 6021 Timber Ridge Dr.
But then…
In the comments area on the same post, this was asked: “Please make store number 3 in Indiana.”
Born2Bagel replied: “Possibly, we are already looking.”
Well, well. Now I’m as excited as folks in Prospect, although there is a real possibility that my lox fetish might spiral out of control. But I’ll (not be required to) cross that bridge when I come to it.
