New West African restaurant opens on Bardstown Road in Louisville
Clarice Kitchen is located at 4113 Bardstown Road in Buechel. Charlesetta Norkeh, the restaurant’s owner, came to Louisville from Liberia in 2011. That’s when the dream of opening a restaurant first started.
“We’re going to serve a variety, we’ll have chicken, fried or baked tilapia, we’ll have GB soup,” Norkeh said. “Palava sauce, okra sauce. We have so many choices.”
Clarice Kitchen’s business hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
