The forthcoming Korean restaurant in Jeffersonville is Food Lab, from the owners of Star Sushi, to be located in the old Star location at 2781 Jefferson Centre Way #2, off of Tenth Street.
The owners hope to open Food Lab by the end of May, with a bill of fare slated to include poke bowls, rice bowls, ramen, and smoothies with bubbles.
Thanks to the Jeffersonville Redevelopment Commission for this information. It’s another encouraging sign of burgeoning multiculturalism in SoIN.
