Louisville Business First’s Haley Cawthon reports the reopening of The Champagnery at Architype Gallery (1764 Frankfort Ave. in Clifton) following a year-long winter break: “The Champagnery will officially mark its reopening on Friday, Jan. 12, and Saturday, Jan. 13.”
Regular hours commence on Jan. 18.
The bar’s regular hours will be: 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday; and 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday; with High Tea being served from 2 to 4 p.m.
Cawthon quotes a statement from ownership.
“(The Champagnery offers) 250 champagnes and sparkling wines, craft cocktails and mocktails, and an expanded food and pairings menu including fresh baked bread, sweets, savories, sandwiches and salads.”
