Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb’s statement was released around 11:15 a.m. on Monday, outlining COVID-19 “curve flattening” measures similar to those embraced by governors in surrounding states. Carry-out and delivery services may continue, and the currently mandated timeline is the end of March.

Indiana restaurants, bars and nightclubs are being required to close to dine-in customers through the month of March, according to one of several new directives from Governor Eric Holcomb.
Those restaurants may provide take-out and delivery services.
