In their recent state-by-state survey of craft brews, focusing on lagers, Food & Wine magazine determined that Goodwood Brewing Co.’s Louisville Lager deserves the crown for Kentucky beers.

Goodwood makes its Louisville Lager with grains grown all in Kentucky, and is aged on white ash. Ash is the traditional wood for baseball bats too.
