According to the folks at Merriam-Webster, “home run” is defined in two ways:
- a hit in baseball that enables the batter to make a complete circuit of the bases and score a run
- an impressive success … the president’s speech was a home run
Hereabouts, there is a third definition: “A locally owned fast casual burger chain.”
Home Run Burgers plans to reopen one location, by David A. Mann (Louisville Business First)
Home Run Burgers is planning a grand reopening of its location at 5608 Outer Loop on Oct. 9. This had previously been a franchise location but the company itself has now taken over the location after revamping the store … the burger restaurant has four locations in Louisville, two in Indianapolis.
