Sai Sneha Gajji took over Koko + Rae Caribbean Kitchen at 1511 Bardstown Road, near the intersection of Bardstown Road and Eastern Parkway, in early June … “We want to make a new Chipotle, but Caribbean-style,” she said. “So, if everybody in the community could support us it’d be really good.”
