From the past to the future: Oishii Ramen to open in the Shops of Forest Spring in Middletown next month, as reported by Michael L. Jones at Louisville Business First.

Oishii Ramen will offer traditional ramen, boba tea and other Asian dishes … at 12472 La Grange Road in the Shops of Forest Springs.

The target date for opening is early February. There doesn’t seem to be an internet presence for Oishii Ramen, at least yet, although the forthcoming restaurant shares ownership with Hibachi Sushi Buffet. Consequently, today’s photo credit is anonymous, taken from the archive.
