Perhaps Olé Hospitality Group’s greatest strength lies with its aptitude for rejigging successful strategies into fresh and invariably popular new concepts, the latest of which is currently forthcoming in St. Matthews at Bourbon & Burgers (117 St. Matthews Ave.), combining Steak & Bourbon’s libations with Mussel & Burger Bar’s signature sandwiches, adding wings and upper-end bar fare to the mix.

New bourbon and burgers restaurant to replace Señora Arepa in St. Matthews
Called Bourbon & Burgers, the new concept from Olé Hospitality Group will open next month, taking over the current space of Señora Arepa in the heart of St. Matthews, which will close its last location after dinner service on March 9 (it’s unclear if the restaurant will reopen in another location).
As the casual dining eatery’s name suggests, the menu at Bourbon & Burgers features “premium burgers” and “an extensive selection of top-tier bourbons,” according to a news release. A grand opening is set for March 18 at 117 St Matthews Ave.
