While the Panchitos shop in the Highlands closed in October, a new location has appeared at 4810 Dixie Highway in Pleasure Ridge Park. There is another at 8118 Preston Highway.

Panchitos serves homemade ice cream and popsicles along with Mexican-style snacks. Prices range from $3 to $10.99. Fabian said “The Mangonada,” a mango sorbet with chamoy, a sweet and spicy red sauce, is one of the best sellers at Panchitos.
