Brazeiros owners to open Scarpetta Modern Italian in Fourth Street Live
The Cordish Co., the Baltimore-based retail real estate development firm that operates the venue, announced on Thursday that an Italian restaurant concept called Scarpetta is set to open at 446 S. Fourth St. later this fall.
Scarpetta is a new concept from Vilmar and Renata Zenzen, owners of Brazeiros Authentic Brazilian Steakhouse, which opened in Fourth Street Live nearly a decade ago. The family-owned modern Italian restaurant will occupy a 7,300-square-foot space located between Brazeiros and Guy Fieri’s Smokehouse.
