Superchefs, 1072 Bardstown Road, owner and Chef Darnell Ferguson has advanced to the second episode of the three episode mini-series “Ultimate Thanksgiving Challenge” hosted by Giada De Laurentiis on Food Network.
The chefs on this program are encouraged to think differently about Thanksgiving dishes, and the winner will receive $25,000.
The second episode has the chefs turn sweet pies into sides and then tackle leftovers. You can watch this episode and then the finale Sundays at 9 p.m. EST on Food Network.
You can meet Chef Ferguson and enjoy a delicious dinner and class for two with him and Chef Rodney White at Cooking at Millie’s, 340 W Chestnut St, on December 5th. The class will feature mini crab cakes w/ garlic aioli and mango chutney; pineapple boats w/ onion, peppers, chicken and shrimp; and smoked PB&J oatmeal w/ blueberry compote.
