The Champagnery founders Charlotte and Brad Stengel are thrilled to raise a glass to Isaac Fox who shares their vision and passion for “All Things Champagne” paired with good ol’ Southern Hospitality!

“We are excited to announce and congratulate Isaac Fox as The Champagnery’s new owner! As we continue as the owners of the Victorian Building (along with our business partners Chip and Connie Hill) on the corner of Frankfort Avenue and Pope Street, Brad and I are excited to pass The Champagnery leadership and keys to our dear friend Isaac. We are grateful to have such a talented restaurateur carrying The Champagnery forward! He brings an immense wine and spirit expertise along with incredible artisan culinary experience. (You must try his French baked goods with your next glass of Champagne.) As we focus on other exciting projects in our lives, Brad and I know that Louisville’s beloved Champagnery is in the best care. Isaac brings his amazing talents to The Champagnery as it continues to add light and joy to Louisville. We know that you all will show the same love and support to Isaac that you have shared with us these many years!”

Cheers and Santé to Owner Isaac Fox and to The Champagnery!

I trust readers will allow me to add a personal note. I’ve been a fan of Issac’s since his formative years in the food and drink biz at the Speakeasy and later Bistro New Albany, and wish him all the best in this new venture.
