Panchitos in the Highands (2245 Bardstown Road) is closing on October 29.
The text:
We wanted to share that we are closing this location permanently. We had 6 amazing years of business and amazing loyal customers that stuck through out all these years with us.
Our passion and focus has always been the ice cream and Mexican desserts but we took the adventure of the food(tacos)business and we enjoyed it every bit but it is time for us to completely focus our creativity and heart to our ice cream shops.
We have decided not to renew our lease.This will not be a good bye but hopefully a see you soon! We would love to relocate this location at a future date to still offer our unique Ice creams and flavorful desserts. Once again we appreciate all the love we have gotten from the highlands and all of our amazing customers.
Our last day will be October 29th closing time 9pm
The other two Panchitos shops remain open.
