After two years of beefy mobility, the Week-End Burgers food truck is settling down at a fixed address at 5600 National Turnpike in the South End. Until recently the space was occupied by the Oaxacan-flavored Chilakiles Restaurant. Oddly, Chilakiles seems to have disappeared without a trace, eluding the year’s end “closing” lists.

No matter, because Week-End Burgers’ entrepreneurial owner Muamer “Moe” Hasecic is energetically filling the vacancy. He offers this overview at the Week-End Burgers website.

At Week-End Burgers we don’t make fancy burgers, we make burgers the way burgers used to be made years, years ago (good, tasty & messy). Fresh beef, fresh ingredients made to order each and every time you order. No seasoning is needed. The quality and freshness along with the way we cook our burgers is all that’s needed, along with lots of love. We have many signature items: Burgers, Philly sandwiches, fresh cut fries & our famous chocolate eclairs. You will find many other options such as mozzarella sticks, cheddar peppers, tots, fresh cut potato chips and much more.

Our mission and goal is for each and every guest is to experience burgers the way its meant to. Once you have tried Week-end Burgers you will never look another burger the same way.

The Week-End Burgers phone number is (502) 742-9027, and the hours of operation as of January 12 are these:
