Friday, Oct.14, from 7 p.m. to midnight, the courtyard of Copper & Kings brandy distillery will be the scene of “You’re the Wurst,” a punny-named “Very Practical & Well-Organized Sausage Party,” part of the ongoing Oktoberfest shenanigans at several venues around town.
The party will feature handmade sausages inspired by the flavors of Germany, a Marzen/Oktoberfest style beer brewed by Monnik Beer Co. and aged in a Copper & Kings Brandy barrel, and Brandy & beer cocktails.
The Prost Band will perform, and before and after the band Kim Sorise will spin favorite Polka and Kraut rock.
The event, sponsored by Do502 Yelp Louisville and Monnik Beer Co., will have a $10 admission charge, which includes one drink. There will be a viewing area for the UofL home game.
