Monday, 5 November, 7 PM.  Batch-able Cocktails for Thanksgiving Dinner: Make hosting the feast easier by batching cocktails for easy pouring for when guests arrive or sit for dinner. Steve Coomes will demonstrate how to make pre-dinner batches of four harvest-season cocktails and one mocktail designed to elevate your harvest season dishes. $15.

Tuesday, 6 November, 7 PM.  Round Pond Estate Winery.  Located in the acclaimed Rutherford region of Napa Valley, Round Pond is a family-owned and operated estate designed around their vineyards, gardens and orchards. Join Scott Reed from Round Pond as he guides a tasting of their sauvignon blanc and cabernet sauvignons.  $15

Wednesday, 7 November, 6:30 to 9 PM.  Open Bar Night with Stephen Gandolfi.  A great evening to taste some hard to find whiskey and to just have some fun.  Stephen will be offering some creative cocktails and will offer 10% off any pour in the bar. Discounts on flights of bourbon. $3 beers.  Conundrum Wines $5 by the glass.

Thursday, 8 November, 7 PM.  Woodford Reserve Tasting & Cocktail Class with Cat Platz, Whiskey Brand Ambassador.  Cat will be the host and she will have a guest bartender to assist. Each Woodford Reserve expression (Bourbon, Double Oaked, Rye, Malt) will be tasted followed by a cocktail sample made with each expression.  The guest mixologist will demo on how to make the featured cocktails including describing technique, ingredients, etc. and will then walk guests through how to make their own; guests will have all tools, glassware, and ingredients pre-measured/poured at their seat to follow along and craft their own. $15.

Tuesday, 13 November, 7 PM.  Bubbles, Big Reds and Other New Wines.  Join Jason Wyatt, CWE, FWS, Certified Sommelier & Director of Wine Education for Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits, who will conduct a tasting of some great new finds from the portfolio of Constellation Wines.  This will include to bubbles from Champagne’s Chateau Palmer, Shrader’s Double Diamond Cabernet Sauvignon, the newest vintage of The Prisoner along with three other new wines.  $25.

Wednesday, 14 November, 7 PM.  Sparkling Cocktail Class with Lindsay Zeller of River City Distributing.  Join Lindsay as she will lead participants in how to make some wonderful Sparkling Cocktails with La Vielle Ferme bubbles.  She is planning to make 5 different cocktails and each participant will receive a shaker to add to their home bar.  $15.

Thursday, 15 November, 7 PM.  McNab Ridge Wines with Seth Williams.  McNab Ridge Winery combines the pioneering wine-making spirit of John Parducci with the new tradition and vitality of Rich Parducci. “We make wines that get people to ask for a second glass,” says Rich.  McNab Ridge wines are made with Mendocino County fruit.  This will be tasting of six very tasty and affordable wines.  $15.

Monday, 19 November, 7 PM.   Old Forester Tasting & Cocktail Class.  Join Sara Reed, Bourbon Event Coordinator for Brown-Forman.  Sara will host the event with a guest bartender. She will talk through Old Forester’s history while tasting through our Whiskey Row series (1870, 1897, 1910 & 1920).   The guest bartender will then walk guests through making a cocktail with OF 100 Proof describing technique, ingredients, etc. while the guests make their own alongside. Guests will have all tools, glassware, and ingredients pre-measured/poured at their seat to follow along and craft their own.  $15.

Tuesday, 20 November, 7 PM.  Wines for the Holidays Tasting.  This is our annual tasting of wines that will pair well with all the big holiday meals of the season.  Join Chris Zaborowski who will conduct this tasting of some great new tastes he has found in recent weeks.  There will be bubbles, reds and whites, all of which will be affordable and more importantly enjoyable.  $15.

Saturday, 24 November, 9 AM.  Whiskey Treasure Sale.  Doors open at 9 AM for our Annual Whiskey Treasure Sale.  Looking for rare bottle of bourbon or limited release whiskey, then this will be the day.  Watch our emails or Facebook for a list of brands that will be offered.  Guests are limited to 2 bottles.

Tuesday, 27 November, 7 PM.  BOLD WINES tasting with Jason Wyatt, CWE, FWS, Certified Sommelier & Director of Wine Education for Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits. This will be a tasting of 8 wines from classic wine estates like Beringer & Stag’s Leap Winery in Napa and Penfolds from Australia.  There will be opulent chardonnay, spicy shiraz and bold Napa reds.  $25

Wednesday, 28 November, 7 PM.  Broken Shed Vodka from New Zealand Tasting & Cocktail Class.  This tasting will be based around fall infusions.  Join Brand Ambassador, Susan Olson, who will be offering a blood orange infusion, a hibiscus infusion, and a Granny Smith apple infusion for tasting and how they may influence fall cocktails.  $10.

Thursday, 29 November, 7 PM.  Transformation Gin Tasting & Food Pairing.  Join Co-Owner and Chef Stuart Stein and Co-Owner Tara Ogden of Transformation Spirits for a gin and food pairings. Come taste their London Dry Gin and Limited Release Bourbon Barreled Gin along with selected cocktails paired with a selection of small bites.  $15
