Ownership used the Covid-19 pandemic-related restrictions as a time to breathe new life into the Highlands location, which also includes a menu makeover with six new entrees and a new appetizer selection (which are) the creation of Italian-born Chef Edoardo Bacci, who has been with the Bristol Bar & Grille since 2016 as head chef.
