Bluegrass Burgers, 3334 Frankfort Ave, has closed permanently according to a vague note posted on their door as reported by Insider Louisville today.
There is no further explanation on their web site or social media, which looks like it has been inactive since July. Falls City Hospitality bought the restaurant one year ago and now only owns Doc Crowe’s Soutern Smokehouse & Raw Bar on Main St.
