The Spring 2025 issue of Food & Dining Magazine is now available in all the familiar places: Louisville area eateries and food shops, newsstands and online (or read it at issuu).
Chubby Ninja opened in Middletown early March at 12951 Shelbyville Rd. The large menu includes chashu (Japanese braised pork belly), bao, ramen and sushi, and early returns suggest that the restaurant’s all-you-can-eat sushi is going to be a big draw.
