WE SERVE 10 DIFFERENT NEW YORK-STYLE PIZZAS BORDERED BY CHARRED EDGES THAT ADD FLAVOR, GIVES A LITTLE CRUNCH, AND KEEPS IT FLUFFY INSIDE.
Pizza has persevered admirably during the pandemic, and so it’s almost academic that Craft Culture Concepts (CCC) would elect to open a third Parlour Pizza in downtown New Albany at 223/225 State Street in two conjoined historic structures that until recently housed Wick’s.
The original Parlour Pizza is located in downtown Jeffersonville, with the second outlet appearing barely two months ago in Louisville on Frankfort Avenue.
In a news release, Parlour’s owner Max Bloom, also a managing partner at CCC, revealed that the New Albany location’s vast indoor floor plan offers wider horizons for the brand, including a second-floor “music hall.”
“We couldn’t be more excited for our third Parlour location to be in New Albany,” wrote Bloom. “The 16,000 SF building allows us to really get creative with the Parlour brand and bring even more excitement into the restaurant. Aside from our unique pizzas and hand-picked drink menus, we’re working hard to craft a welcoming and fun place for guests to have a great experience while placing a large emphasis on bringing live music to the area.”
CCC sees the period around Thanksgiving as likely for the new location’s launch, and when regular operations begin in New Albany, the hours will be Monday – Wednesday 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Thursday – Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.; and Sunday 11:00 am to 10:00 p.m. Carry-out and delivery options will be available, and Parlour’s menu can be viewed here.
It seems as if CCC’s most recent restaurant opening was just last week … wait, it was.
