The Spring 2025 issue of Food & Dining Magazine is now available in all the familiar places: Louisville area eateries and food shops, newsstands and online (read it at issuu).
Donum Dei Craft, the established New Albany brewery and distillery (3211 Grant Line Road #3), will again be offering a pre-St. Patrick’s Day Drunken Unicorn beer release party in the form of a weekend-long event on Saturday and Sunday, March 15 and 16.
It’s the tenth anniversary of both Donum Dei and Drunken Unicorn, and the first celebration to occur with 8th Dei Pizza on hand for eats (the former 8th Street Pizza took up space at Donum Dei in 2024).
New Albany: 8th Street Pizza will relocate to Donum Dei Brewstillery
The itinerary for the Drunken Unicorn 2025 St. Patrick’s “Weekend” at Donum Dei is as follows:
- The breakfast: biscuits and gravy, both days starting at 7:00 a.m.
- For lunch and dinner: 8th Dei Pizza.
- The featured beer: Drunken Unicorn is a limited bottling of Donum Dei’s malty and strong Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy (circa 10% abv). The “brewstillery’s” other beers and spirits will be available for consumption, too.
