Last night I was indulging my inner Diogenes and scrolling through social media in search of common sense (yes, I know; futility fetishes are a drag), when there emerged a notification of a restaurant grand opening: Friend’s Peruvian Culinary, at 4111 Murphy Lane, Suite 2B.
It’s in a strip mall that has housed several markets and eateries, off Westport Road in the East End, between the Fincastle and Worthington Hills neighborhoods.
Preliminary evidence suggests that Friend’s is a food truck coming inside to bricks & mortar for the first time. Consider this a page marker, and when more information is available, I’ll return to offer an update.
