Apron Inc. and The LEE Initiative have come together to create the Bluegrass Bartenders Fund, supporting those who make our hospitality scene exceptional. Join us on Friday, June 6th for an intimate and unforgettable night in support of Louisville’s bartending community. This exclusive dinner brings together exquisite cuisine, world-class cocktails, and the spirit of giving—all in honor of the bartenders who make our city’s bar scene exceptional.
The evening begins in the 610 Magnolia Wine Studio courtyard with handcrafted cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres, featuring masterful creations from Kentucky’s finest distilleries.
Then, indulge in a four-course dinner curated by Chef Edward Lee, showcasing recipes from his latest cookbook, Bourbon Land. Each dish is a celebration of Southern flavors, paired with hand-crafted cocktails by Louisville’s finest spirit industry professionals. The night will close with dessert by Pastry Chef Emie Dunagan, graduate of The LEE Initiative’s Women Culinary and Spirits Program.
Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to bid on extraordinary auction items—rare bourbon, once-in-a-lifetime experiences, and local art—all in support of the Bluegrass Bartenders Fund, a lifeline for local bartenders facing hardship.
