- 2010: Havana Rumba Middletown (12003 Shelbyville Rd.)
- 2015: Havana Rumba Express and Tapas Bar (2210 Bardstown in the Highlands)
- 2019: Mojito in Havana (3939 Shelbyville Rd. in St. Matthews), which is where the original Havana Rumba was relocated and rebranded.
