Bluegrass Hospitality Group has spent five years scouting the ideal property, and now Lexington’s premier restaurant group is bringing a Malone’s Prime Beef Steakhouse to Louisville in late 2020.
Malone’s will occupy space at the Paddock Shops (4370 Summit Plaza Drive), and it will be the fourth Malone’s in all, with the other three located in Lexington.
The bill of fare at a Malone’s steakhouse is extensive (dinner menu here), including appetizers like beef carpaccio, oysters and sushi; Thai, Greek and Caesar salads; seafood, chicken, pasta and sandwiches; and of course aged USDA Prime Beef, corn-fed, hand-selected and aged a minimum of 21 days.
Among these options are “celebrity cuts.”
These seem a tad Lexington-centric to us, but a “Louisville-ization” is fully expected by the time of opening late next year.
