Mi Ranchito Grill opens in Downtown Louisville
Mi Ranchito Grill opened at 505 W. Broadway, next to the Courier Journal building, on April 10. The more than 2,300-square-foot space was previously occupied by Brew & Sip Coffee Bar, which closed in January.
The new restaurant is owned by husband-and-wife duo Yaneth Francisco and Marcos Rodriguez. The couple works there alongside two other family members…Mi Ranchito Grill offers typical Mexican cuisine, but Francisco said the street tacos and the restaurant’s mole sauce are already proving popular with patrons. Prices range from $5.50 to $25.99 with daily lunch specials.
