A few months back we noted the OddBird Bakery project (at the former Steel City Pops) in the Highlands.
OddBird has opened for business at 1021 Bardstown Rd., with current hours of Wednesday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
(Variously, OddBird is being rendered Oddbird and Odd Bird. These are the things that drive editors crazy, so I flipped a coin.)
