Milano Italian Restaurant owner to open Mexican restaurant in Old Louisville next month
Que Pasa will offer tortas, burritos, street corn, street tacos and burritos. But co-owner Antonio Cortez, a native of Mexico, said the dishes will be different that what consumers find in most other Mexican restaurants in Louisville.
“Most of the restaurants here have like a Tex-Mex [cuisine],” Cortez explained. “We are going to offer the real Mexican food. These are like grandma recipes. I live only a few blocks from here and I think the community needs something like this, especially for families.”
