Recbar, 10301 Taylorsville Rd, opens their doors tonight, Friday, April 15, for all the fun, food and beer you can handle. The family sports bar/game center/pub and dining spot sets out to entertain everyone. At the Grand Opening tonight, DJ Mikus will be on hand to spin tunes. The Grand opening vibe will continue Saturday and Sunday, opening at 11 a.m. both days.
For the gamer, there are a plethora of video games, some dating back to the simple days of Space Invaders. For those who want bit more physical action that a game controller offers, there are also air hockey, ping pong and pool tables. For those who want to sit at tables to play, there are lots of board and card games, including Cards Against Humanity.
To keep up your energies, the kitchen serves up sandwiches, chicken wings and fingers, tacos, and more. Sixteen beers are on tap, with a larger variety still in bottles and cans. Bourbon slushes are a specialty of the bar.
