Shack in the Back BBQ in Fairdale is alive, well and serving “on wheels” until a new bricks ‘n’ mortar home is finished at 10706 W. Manslick Road.
The eatery’s previous long-term “shack” was sold and demolished in late summer, leaving the owners to bridge the gap until the conclusion of renovations at the new building (ETA is early December).
In the interim Shack in the Back‘s concession trailer is parked at the forthcoming Manslick Road site, and smoking proceeds as always. Hours are 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday; orders can be placed via phone.
