The brother and sister culinary team of Alex and Lizet Perez has parked the food truck and come indoors to 519 Oak St. in Old Louisville, formerly home to Griyo Caribbean, launching Taco Rico.
Taco Rico opens at 8:00 a.m. with an extensive breakfast menu. Lunch and dinner also are served, running the gamut from tacos, burritos and traditional combination platters to and burgers and a kids menu.
